Go Natural Egypt – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Go Natural experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to help — subject to the following terms.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of Go Natural full-size fragrances (50ml & 100ml) purchased exclusively through our official website, gonaturalegypt.com, within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.

All returns must include the complete order — including any complimentary gifts received — with the exception of the 1.5ml complimentary sample, which you may keep.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide the following: a clear photo of the product(s), your order number, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Go Natural Samples (1.5ml & 3ml) and any travel-size products
• Discovery Sets (1.5ml × 8 & 1.5ml × 4)
• Hair Perfumes
• Gift Sets
• Go Natural Signature Duo Sets

Please Note

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging.
