Place the jar in warm water to allow the product to slightly melt. Place approximately 1 tablespoon in the palm of your hand and massage your scalp. Make sure your hair is clean before you start. Once all the product is in, put your hair in a bun or shower cap and wait for 15mins up to 4 hours. Rinse out and shampoo. Apply twice a week.
